Healing Sessions weave together the modalities of Biosomatic Craniosacral Therapy and Trauma Imprint Repair (TIR) to encourage regulation, healing and balance of body, mind and spirit using a holistic, body-first approach.
This may sound complicated but it’s so very simple.
Our bodies’ are infinitely intelligent and together, we create space for it to do what it needs in order to heal.
Healing Sessions are beneficial for adults, children and babies experiencing a wide range of physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual discomfort and dysfunction.
Sessions held both in-person and distance.

Retreat-style Craniosacral Therapy trainings, Pre-Birth and Birth intensives, and Soulful Somatic programs lead by myself and Kari Toft. All of our trainings and programs have been created with the intention for your highest learning, healing and growth. Whether in-person or online, you’ll experience a balanced approach of engaging teachings and embodied exploration to take your practice to the next level.
This is a course for both parents & practitioners seeking to more deeply connect and safely support babies and small children, whether their own or their client.
This 2-day course is rooted in Craniosacral Therapy, Relational Somatic Therapy, Prenatal Psychology and Spiritual principles.
It consists of teachings, live demonstrations, embodied processing, group work and a lighthearted community environment.
