1. RELEASE AGREEMENT

By agreeing to a session, you consent to waive and release Cosmic Mother Craniosacral from any and all liability, past, present and future, relating to Craniosacral Therapy and/or Trauma Imprint Repair.

2. PAYMENT POLICY

Cash, credit and e-transfer accepted; etransfer to: jamieleemock@gmail.com

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

Your session time is exclusively yours. You will be charged the full amount for your session should you cancel within less than 24hrs before your scheduled session.

4. PACKAGE POLICY

Session packages are required to be used up within six (6) months of purchase. After 6 months, any remaining sessions will be considered expired. All packages are non-transferable.
