A gentle, evidence-based way to rewire your stress response so you can meet life with more calm, focus, and connection.

The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) uses specially filtered music to help your nervous system shift out of survival mode and into safety. It’s subtle but powerful; supporting greater emotional balance, deeper sleep, steadier focus, and more ease in relationships.

SSP can be experienced on its own or integrated with Craniosacral Therapy for deeper embodiment and long-lasting results.

ABOUT THE SAFE & SOUND PROTOCOL

Developed by Dr. Stephen Porges, SSP is grounded in Polyvagal Theory, which maps how our nervous system governs feelings of safety and connection. Through gentle sound frequencies, the program helps the brain and body re-learn how to relax, engage, and trust connection… regulating the vagus nerve, the bridge between your emotional and physiological states.

As your system recalibrates, chronic reactivity often softens. There’s more room for curiosity, rest, and joy.

HOW IT WORKS

Over a series of sessions, you’ll listen to filtered music through over-ear headphones — either in person or at home with my guidance.

Each person’s nervous system is unique, so the pacing is always tailored to your sensitivity and capacity. SSP is suitable for adults, children, parents, and those with trauma histories.

1. The Listening Journey (Distance)

· 30-min initial consult to set your pace and answer questions
· 12 weeks of guided listening via the Unyte platform
· Weekly check-ins by email, voice note, or text

Distance — Investment / $180

2. The Chronic Stress Reset (In Person)
For local clients who wish to pair SSP with Craniosacral Therapy for deeper and longer-lasting transformation.

· 6 weekly 90-minute in-person sessions
· 15–30 minutes of SSP listening + 50 minutes of Craniosacral work per session
· Personalized pacing for sensitive systems
· A final integration session + setup for continued home listening
