A 2hr online embodied exploration into the spiritual journey of pre-birth and birth experiences.

From a Pre and Perinatal (pre-birth and birth) Psychology perspective, we arrive as a soul; pure and potent energy. However, the moment we take on form the potential for imprinting begins. Thus trauma imprints can begin much before childhood… they can begin even before the creation of the first embryological cell.

Imprints left unintegrated then play out in childhood, again and again, creating a deeply engrained pattern.

Together in this 2hr experiential workshop, we will come into connection with the spiritual journey of soul; the part of us that is present much before we are born and the part of us that will remain after we leave our physical form.

Once born, babies share their birth experiences by telling their stories.

Stories are expressions of the soul.

The way we engage with and listen to little ones once they are born should include an acknowledgement of their soul.

This workshop is rooted in Visionary Craniosacral Work, Relational Somatic Therapy, Pre & Perinatal Psychology and Spiritual principles. It includes both a teaching component as well as embodied experience.
